The App is a revision tool to help you prepare for the official Life in the UK citizenship test. It is published by Aga Drapinska-Tonge and is available on the Apple App Store.
The App is provided for revision and educational purposes only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, or any government body.
Content in the App is based on Life in the United Kingdom: A Guide for New Residents (3rd Edition), published by the Home Office (Crown Copyright, Open Parliament Licence v3.0). While we aim to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the App content is complete, current or error-free.
Passing the App's mock tests does not guarantee passing the official test. Always use the official handbook as your primary study resource.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aga Drapinska-Tonge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to failing the official Life in the UK test.
We reserve the right to modify the App or these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current terms will always be available at byaga.dev/terms-liuk and within the App under Settings > About.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
